The person responsible for the processing of personal data on this website is:
Fiducleon / Stefan Hailmann

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, you can contact us using the details above.
Collection of personal data
We currently do not collect, store or otherwise process any personal data from visitors to our website.
In particular, we do not use contact forms, newsletter registrations, user accounts, analytics tools, advertising technologies, or other features that would require you to provide personal information such as your name, address, email address, or IP address for our own purposes.
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our Service uses only technically necessary cookies that are required for the basic functioning and security of the website (for example, to deliver the website content to your browser).
We do not use cookies or similar technologies for analytics, marketing, user profiling, or cross‑site tracking purposes.
Under applicable EU and German law (including the GDPR and the German Telecommunications‑Telemedia Data Protection Act), strictly necessary cookies do not require your prior consent.
If we introduce any non‑essential cookies or similar technologies in the future (for example, analytics or marketing cookies), we will obtain your consent in advance via a cookie banner and update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
Server log files and hosting
Our website is hosted by STRATO AG, Otto‑Ostrowski‑Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany (“STRATO”).
When you access our website, your browser technically transmits certain information to STRATO’s servers (so‑called server log files), for example the date and time of access, the requested URL and the amount of data transferred.
We have configured our hosting environment so that these log files are either not stored at all or are stored only in a fully anonymized or aggregated form, which does not allow us to identify you as a natural person.
STRATO processes any technical data strictly on our behalf and in accordance with the applicable data protection laws; where a data processing agreement is required under Article 28 GDPR, we have concluded such an agreement with STRATO.
Third‑party tracking / Social media plugins
We do not currently use any third‑party analytics services (such as Google Analytics, WordPress.com‑Stats or similar tools) on our website.
We also do not integrate any social media plugins (such as “Like” or “Share” buttons) from platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) or similar services, nor do we embed external tracking scripts.
If we decide to integrate such services in the future, we will ensure that this is done in compliance with applicable data protection laws, obtain any necessary consents, and update this Privacy Policy with detailed information about the respective providers, purposes, legal bases and your rights.
Your rights
Although we do not collect personal data from you in the current version of our website, you still have the rights granted by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) if processing of personal data were to occur.
These rights include in particular the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent, where processing is based on your consent.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements or the functionality of our website.
If we make any material changes, we will publish the updated Privacy Policy on this page and adjust the “Effective date” at the top of this document.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
